Szaloncukor (Saloane) is a traditional Christmas candy eaten in Hungary, Romania and Slovakia. It is filled with lemon, orange and raspberry jelly, covered by dark chocolate and wrapped in shiny coloured foil, then hung on the Christmas tree as a decoration.
